We want you to be happy! If your online purchase isn't right for you, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs. Please note that refunds are only able to be granted if the item is unused and in it's original, undamaged packaging, and you include proof of purchase. We will process the refund withing 1 - 2 days of receiving your return.
Customers will be responsible for any shipping charges on change or mind returns. Pets Wonderland is not liable for any loss or damage to your return during transit, so we suggest you use registered post so the parcel can be tracked. If it's easier, you can also return your item to our Chapel Street store for processing.
If the item you ordered is faulty, please contact customer service on 03 9510 4919 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist with repairing, replacing or refunding your item.
For purchases made in store, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note with proof of purchase if you change your mind, provided the products are unused and in original undamaged packaging. We provide a refund or exchange if goods are faulty.
We use Australia Post to deliver your order, which usually takes 3 - 5 business days from dispatch. Shipping is free on orders over $100, or $8 for orders under $100.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship internationally.
